Warranty Policy for ExtremeHEAT Heated Products

Two-Year Limited Warranty

Products Covered:
This warranty applies to ExtremeHEAT Heated Blankets and ExtremeHEAT Heated Camping Chairs (hereafter referred to as "Products") manufactured by ExtremeHEAT, LLC ("Company").

Warranty Coverage:
The Company warrants the Products against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or exposure to excessive moisture or extreme conditions not intended for the product.

Important Power Bank Usage Disclaimer:
The Company is not liable for damage caused by the use of power banks with improper voltage, wattage, or amperage specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any power bank used with the Products adheres to the voltage, wattage, and amperage requirements specified in the product manual. The use of incompatible power sources will void this warranty.

Warranty Validation:
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Other Restrictions:
All instructions provided with the product must be followed to ensure warranty validity. Failure to adhere to proper usage guidelines may void this warranty.


Procedure to Receive Warranty Service

  1. Contact the Company:
    Reach out to the Company at the contact information below to initiate a warranty claim. Include a description of the defect, details of product use, your contact information (name, address, and phone number), and proof of purchase.

  2. Company Review:
    Upon receiving the warranty claim, the Company will determine its validity. Photos, videos, or additional information may be requested to facilitate this process.

  3. Resolution Process:

    • Replacement or Repair: If the claim is deemed valid, the Company will either repair the product or provide replacement parts at its discretion.
    • Shipping Costs: The Company will cover outbound shipping costs for approved claims during the first 12 months of the warranty period. After 12 months, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
  4. Return Authorization:
    If the product must be returned for inspection or repair, customers must secure the product appropriately and ship it prepaid to the Company's address. The return shipment must include the defect description, proof of purchase, and a Return Authorization Number provided by the Company.

  5. Inspection Outcome:
    If the defect is covered under this warranty, the Company will repair or replace the product and return it to the customer. If the defect is not covered, the customer will be contacted regarding repair costs or return options.


Exclusions and Limitations

  • Repairs Outside Warranty Scope:
    Issues caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under this warranty. Customers will be responsible for repair costs in such cases.

  • Power Bank Compatibility:
    This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of power banks with incorrect voltage, wattage, or amperage specifications.

  • Unauthorized Repairs:
    Repairs performed by anyone other than the Company or its authorized service providers will void this warranty.

  • Limitation of Liability:
    No implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are provided. The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service.
